About The Role
Leicester City Football Club are seeking an outstanding individual with significant experience in elite football to lead the provision of excellent physiotherapy services to our Men’s First Team squad.
Working within the facilities of our world-class Training Ground, the postholder will work in close collaboration with the Head of Medicine and the First Team Management staff to ensure the continual improvement of the Physiotherapy provision to enhance player performance, reduce injury risk and minimise recovery time.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in delivering an outstanding physiotherapy service to professional footballers, using clinical and pitch-based measures to inform effective decision making.You will have significant experience in assessing and treating players whilst also possessing strong communication skills to deliver medical information to players, coaches and sports science staff.
The role will involve a significant amount of leadership and management so experience in this area is essential, however, the successful individual will still be required to work with players supporting match days and all associated rehabilitation processes.
