Match planning, licensing, media exploitation and marketing, sports policy positioning and the overall further development of the leagues are among our tasks, in close cooperation with the subsidiaries of the DFL Group and the 36 professional clubs.

Who - We are looking for a personality who will enliven the game, enrich the environment and our team reinforced even further, namely as:

Enforcement Manager/in (w/m/d)

These exciting tasks await you on our playing field:

  • Organizational integration into the “IP & Content Protection” area
  • Legal prosecution of illegal, especially structurally copyright-infringing streaming offers (anti-piracy)
  • Supporting legislative processes (national/EU) in the regulatory framework relevant to anti-piracy measures
  • Maintaining and building relationships with law enforcement agencies and other relevant institutions
  • Interface to the DFL legal department, law firms and technical service providers in all anti-piracy procedures

You have this knowledge to be in our starting line-up:

  • Preferably a fully qualified lawyer / qualified lawyer or successfully completed studies with a legal background (economics, communication sciences, etc.)
  • Initial professional experience in a (media) company with a legal connection or in a law firm is preferred
  • Good knowledge of media, copyright, competition and trademark law is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written expression, in German and English alike
