Key responsibilities

Support for the head of unit (approx. 20%)
• Support the head of unit with a range of administrative duties, such as arranging internal meetings, making travel arrangements, producing reports and presentations, and monitoring budgets

Support for the whole unit (approx. 30%)
• Coordinate the organisation of meetings, briefings, and workshops (unit meetings, match-day briefings, meetings with clubs, commercial partners, agencies, freelancers, shipments of materials, etc.) based on instructions from the team
• Coordinate various administrative tasks (help update operational documents and guidelines, collect information for matchday reports, support with regular review/statistics reports, etc.)
• Support with the various expense reports/budgets for competitions
• Take care of any tasks that need to be organised centrally for the entire unit

Support for specific projects (approx. 50%)
• Provide administrative support for contracting, supervising and paying local workforce (people hired on-site to help deliver various tasks for UEFA matches) for all competitions. Maintain the database of local workers, document all related policies, provide support for the venue teams, regularly exchange with the workforce agency, and follow up on any open points/issues in the overall process
• Create purchase orders, and follow up on invoices and payments
• Provide ticketing back-office support, especially for national team competition matches, but also for club competitions
• Provide support for setting up and managing broadcast-specific tools and platforms (including club channels)


Experience required:
• from 1 to 3 years' experience in client servicing or key account management, administrative support

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• English / Advanced
• French / Advanced
