Job Description

Be a part of long-term ambitious plan and be ready to step in to put 6th oldest club in England where it belongs. The club will be playing with Adult Women Team under South East Counties Surrey Division (Tier 7), for season 2025/26. This period until summer will be used for the creation of the team and trials.

The manager's responsibilities include:

  • Lead first team trainings and assist manager in matches
  • Full role in creation of the new women adult team
  • Oversee adult team trainings ad agree on training plans with coaches
  • Adopt to playing strategy
  • Motivating players before and during a match.
  • Man management
  • Leadership in achievement of the sporting strategy
  • Liaising with youth development team
  • Work positively in accordance with our Equal Opportunities Policy
  • Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Essential qualifications, skills, and abilities

· FA Coaching qualification Level 1 minimum with prior experience in coaching

- Ideally SW / W London based - non-UK applications cannot be accepted

· First Aid & Safeguarding Certifications

· FA DBS Certification (if not valid, the club will apply for candidate)

· Effective communication skills

· Leadership qualities

· The ability to manage, oversee and motivate a team of coaches.

· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about football coaching

The club is currently running a crowdfunding campaign for building women's adult team Barnes FC Dames.
