About the Team:
Based at Cobham Training Ground, there are more than 60 full-time colleagues working with 198 registered players from Under-9s through to Under-23s development squad.
The Academy’s vision is to inspire a generation of players to be successful both on and off the pitch, increasing playing time in our first team and across the whole professional game. The mission to be the first choice academy for players and parents in England.

A candidate who can ensure the Integration Recruitment Programme is delivered effectively, to help recruitment best talents in London and South East at U9-16s for Chelsea Football Club
