ABOUT THE ROLE:

12 month Fixed Term Contract with the view to be extended.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will involve supporting the Head of Operations to achieve quarterly objectives to make improvements and efficiencies in various departments across the business.

We are looking for an individual who excels in optimising operational approaches, streamlining processes and making improvements within a business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable person who thrives in a role with diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly we are looking for someone who will integrate well with the team and is willing to get stuck in.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work with teams across the company to assist in streamlining workflows and identifying new or existing tools to boost productivity and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Supporting contracting enterprise or multi-division tools and systems, understanding any terms and requirements plus working with legal and finance teams and 3rd parties, to get to sign off.

  • Management of facilities contracts and contact person for flexible working solution used by teams globally.

  • Some Project Management of cross-functional initiatives may be required, to ensure that they run smoothly and that teams are communicating and working together efficiently

  • Be a champion of Footballco’s Project/Task Management tool, ClickUp. Be prepared to support teams to improve and streamline any workflows and work with 3rd party to understand any changes in the tool

  • Onboarding suppliers and raising Purchase Orders where required for the overall Content division

  • Support updating and improving the company intranet to ensure that policies and processes are clear and accessible to all employees

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a similar operational management role.

  • Experience in devising and implementing policies/processes in a similar business

  • Has experience as an operations, project, or a product manager

  • A supportive, confident and proactive approach to work

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and workload

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Experience of dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels, including Senior Management

  • An interest or knowledge of football is not a prerequisite to this role
