We are looking for positive role models who can help support the development of players at the centre. Experience at foundation ages is required as well as enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Available to work on a part time basis including
Monday afternoon 6pm to 7:30pm
Friday afternoon 6pm to 7:30pm
Saturday Mornings for Games - Games are at the Trafford Fives venue - the Trafford Centre each week.
Role would suit coaches looking to advance their experience and deliver in a professional environment. Opportunities to progress with coaching certificates and monthly CPD events available.
Compensation is £15.00 per hour for Training and Games
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing players in line with Accrington Stanley Academy Philosophy
Working with coaches to Plan, do, review process of sessions each week based on Academy sylabus.

This role involves work with young people and will be subject to Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks. Clearance through The FA CRB system is required. As such this post is exempt for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and the applicant must disclose all previous convictions including spent convictions at the time of application.

The Development Centre is a not for profit programme which aims to support players through a performance training and games programme.
The programme is currently funded through parent contributions on a monthly subscription basis. All funds received go directly to the running of the Development Centre.
The Centre does operate a number of schemes to support players from disadvantaged backgrounds on a discretionary basis.
