Job Description

As (Junior) Talent Acquisition Partner and a part of our Candidate Experience team at OneFootball, you will directly contribute to our corporate growth enabling us to further disrupt the market and grow our platform by supporting to attract the right talent. As an essential member of the People team, you will support us in our mission to design work in such a way that people are engaged, successful and proud of what they do.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Identify, source and attract the right talents by supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners in their daily recruitment business
  • Manage your first own end-to-end recruiting projects from sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the job offer by collaborating with stakeholders from various departments, like Performance Marketing, Content, Office Management, and more
  • Understand, challenge and improve our internal processes and sourcing approaches to ensure a great candidate experience at all times
  • Contribute to the organizational growth by helping establish our employer brand and becoming its ambassador both internally and externally

YOUR PROFILE

  • Genuine interest in recruitment as a career path and constant drive to learn and improve oneself, as well as existing practices
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, first experience in managing your own recruitment projects end to end
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and pools for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Motivation to engage with many candidates at the same time and various stakeholders to navigate cross-functionally
  • First experience in developing and executing employer branding related projects is a plus
  • Curiosity and diligence paired with a hands-on mentality and a well-structured and organized work style
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
