Job Description

The Role:
You will play a key role in shaping the culture and people strategy, partnering closely with the business and developing effective relationships with people managers and business leaders. This role will report into, and closely partner with a HR Manager. You will become an integral part of a small 3 person HR team where you will provide both operational and strategic support to the business.


Role responsibilities:

  • Provide support to management on all HR related matters
  • Ensuring adherence to Association policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Own and improve employee onboarding experience including facilitation of the induction on regular basis
  • Provide support in employee relations issues, such a disciplinary and grievances
  • Wellbeing strategy delivery
  • Liaise with Payroll every month with staff changes/amendments
  • Day to day queries form employees and managers
  • Administration of employee files
  • Develop suite of reports to support HR & Business Strategy
  • Review and keep up to date all HR Policies, Employee Handbook; develop Code of Conduct
  • Further develop HR System to include workflows and potential new modules.
  • Review and record all HR processes


Job requirements

  • 3+ years HR experience in a fast-moving HR environment
  • Degree in Human Resources/CIPD Certified
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Experience across recruitment and employee relations processes.
  • Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and strategically solve problems
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Ability to manage data, analyse it, compile and generate reports
  • Process driven with great attention to detail
