Experienced Football Coach

We're looking for an experienced coach for our weekly sessions at our Hertfordshire Academy. The coach will be responsible for working in a team of coaches and leading practices or games with up to 15 players in a group.

Bows Soccer Academy is a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12.

We are looking for coaches with experience in grassroots or commercial coaching and child behaviour management skills. Applicants should ideally have their FA Level 2 including First Aid qualification. With Bows Soccer Academy, you will receive top training and career development opportunities. • Ensuring a safe environment with regular risk assessments
• Deliver the coaching programme provided by Bows Soccer Academy
• Ensure the highest standards & consistency
• Manage Academy coaching staff
• Manage player and parent feedback process
• In addition to the qualities listed above, all applicants must have the following:
• FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
• Able to comfortably lead sessions from the age 4-12 years old
• FA Emergency First Aid
• An enhanced DBS check
• Preferred Qualifications:
• FA Playmaker
• FA Level 2

Applicants must be available*:

Monday: 4.30pm-7pm

Thursday: 4.30pm-7pm

Sunday: 9.30am-11.30am

*Other days and times available.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £17.50 - £30 per hour

Schedule:

Weekend and midweek availability

• Football coaching: 3 years (preferred)
