About The Role

Leicester City are looking for multiple outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and fun individuals to join our supporter engagement team in a casual capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of LCFC, creating memorable experiences for our fans and community at events and on match-days.

This team is responsible for activation setup and delivery, fan engagement and data capture, club mascot chaperoning duties and giveaways as well as supporting outreach programmes while representing and promoting the Club brand.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, passionate about fan experience, a great communicator and brings the fun!

Some things to note:

• As a casual role, the work offered to you will be varied and flexible depending on the scheduling of matchdays and events. These offers of work cover weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• As a casual worker, there is no obligation for you to accept work assignments when offered, nor for the Club to guarantee you work.

About The Club

Knowing some of the history of Leicester City Football Club helps you appreciate the sense of community, spirit and family for which the Foxes are renowned for.

Formed in 1884, the Club has been in the Premier League since 2014 when the Foxes were promoted as Championship winners. In 2016, Leicester City became Premier League champions. This remarkable achievement qualified them for the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the Club’s history, and the Foxes went on to reach the quarter finals of the competition. The Club continues to build on that success, and celebrated lifting the prestigious FA Cup in May 2021.
