Job Summary
Reporting to the Lead, Content & Production, the Graphic Designer, will be responsible to develop and design assets for the content series of the organization, its national teams, and professional league(s).
Job Description
- Design marketing materials (both print and website) for FAS events including but not limited to international matches, SPL tournaments, sponsor events, and grassroots events
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Present finalized ideas and concepts
- Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Demonstrate illustrative and Photoshop skills
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications department
- Provide creative input to produce new ideas and concepts
- Build up a good local fanbase and market intelligence by constantly monitoring overall market conditions and keeping abreast of competitors’ products, services, and activities
- Develop and monitor KPIs as well as implement corrective actions to achieve targets
- Maintain and constantly improve the business’s competitive edge
- Ensure proper archiving for all FAS/SPL match artworks
- Handle professional camera equipment for social media content and/or other relevant projects
- Conduct professional photoshoots for football players to gather assets for social media content
- Conduct professional video interviews with football players for seasonal campaigns.
- Video editing after obtaining video and photography assets
- Updated on the latest social media trends to reach the target audience efficiently
- Managing and delegating design/videography work to interns
- Any other duties as assigned by General Secretary and/or Director, Commercial & Marketing
Pre-requisites
- Willing to bring ideas and push things an extra mile
- Adapt well to a fast-paced environment
- Working closely with the content team and relevant stakeholders
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Preferably with Premiere Pro
- Strong passion and/or understanding of local football
