Talentsichtung und Talentförderung sieht der Fußball-Verband Mittelrhein e.V. (FVM) als eine wesentliche Aufgabe und Herausforderung an, der er sich seit vielen Jahren mit hohem Engagement stellt. Um den Frauen- und Mädchenfußball zu stärken, werden diverse Förderungsmaßnahmen für talentierte Mädchen angeboten. Als Einstieg in die Talentförderung hat der FVM drei Mädchenförderzentren ins Leben gerufen, an denen dezentrale Trainingseinheiten für Talente stattfinden.  

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine*n Trainer*in (m/w/d) 

für das Mädchenförderzentrum Ost (Engelskirchen), der*die als selbstständige und weisungsfreie Honorarkraft wöchentliche Trainingseinheiten plant und durchführt. 

Ihre Aufgaben (u.a.):

•  Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung von Trainingseinheiten für die Altersklassen der U 12-, U 14- und U 16-Juniorinnen 
•  Betreuung der Mannschaften bei Vergleichsspielen und Sichtungsturnieren 
•  Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung von Talenttagen zur Sichtung von Spielerinnen  
•  Eigenständige Sichtung von Spielerinnen der Region 
•  Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung von Infoabenden sowie Kontaktpflege mit den Vereinen und Trainer*innen der Region 
•  Informationsaustausch mit den Verbandsauswahltrainer*innen hinsichtlich der Berufung von Spielerinnen für die Verbandsauswahlmannschaften

Unser Anforderungsprofil: 

• Erfahrungen als Trainer*in 
• Hohe Affinität zum Frauen- und Mädchenfußball 
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit 
• Mind. DFB-Trainer B-Lizenz  
• Einwandfreies erweitertes polizeiliches Führungszeugnis 
• Zeitliche Flexibilität

Der Fußball-Verband Mittelrhein ist der siebtgrößte Landesverband im Deutschen Fußball-Bund mit rund 380.000 Einzelmitgliedern in ca. 1100 Vereinen. Er ist u.a. zuständig für die Organisation des Spielbetriebs in seinem Verbandsgebiet und versteht sich als Dienstleister für seine Vereine.  

Da die Tätigkeit zum Kontakt mit Kindern führt, müssen alle Personen, die im Auftrag des FVM mit Kindern oder Jugendlichen in Kontakt kommen können, nach unserer Satzung ein einwandfreies erweitertes polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen. Dieses muss zum Einstellungstermin im Original vorgelegt werden und darf nicht älter als drei Monate sein. 

The Football Association Mittelrhein eV (FVM) sees talent spotting and talent promotion as an essential task and challenge that it has been facing with great commitment for many years. In order to strengthen women's and girls' football, various support measures are offered for talented girls. As an introduction to the promotion of talent, the FVM has launched three girls' support centers, where decentralized training units for talent take place.  

We are looking for the earliest possible date

a trainer (m / f / d) 

for the Girls' Promotion Center East (Engelskirchen), who * plans and carries out weekly training units as an independent freelance worker who is not subject to instructions. 

Your tasks (among others):

•  Preparation, planning and implementation of training units for the age groups of U 12, U 14 and U 16 juniors 
•  Supervision of the teams in comparison games and viewing tournaments 
•  Preparation, planning and implementation of talent days to screen players  
•  Independent screening of players in the region 
•  Preparation, planning and implementation of information evenings as well as maintaining contacts with the clubs and trainers in the region 
•  Exchange of information with the association selection coaches regarding the appointment of players for the association selection teams

Our requirement profile: 

• Experience as a trainer 
• High affinity for women and girls' football 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Min. DFB coach B license  
• Flawless extended police clearance certificate 
• Temporal flexibility

The Mittelrhein Football Association is the seventh largest regional association in the German Football Association with around 380,000 individual members in around 1,100 clubs. Among other things, he is responsible for the organization of match operations in his association area and sees himself as a service provider for his clubs.  

Since the activity leads to contact with children, all persons who can come into contact with children or adolescents on behalf of the FVM must present a faultless extended police clearance certificate according to our statutes. The original must be presented on the recruitment date and must not be older than three months.
