The Role
We are looking for a passionate Premium Experience Coordinator, to assist in the smooth delivery of our premium and hospitality areas at Emirates Stadium for our Women's First Team fixtures and to provide additional support for the Men's First Team fixtures as and when required.
You will be working within our wider Venue team and playing a crucial role in the enhancement of the entire supporter journey, from ticket booking through to post event feedback. The role provides great opportunity to deliver high impact and value adding work as we continue to champion the growth of the Women's game.

Your day-to-day
- Provide practical and transactional administrative support - you will be across the end to end process of our hospitality packages, from restaurant bookings to maintenance reporting and post-match feedback
- Partner with wider teams - you'll be working closely with our Premium Services and Supporter Services teams as well as others as necessary
- Enhance the matchday experience - you will bring energy and enthusiasm while seeking out new ways to enhance our matchday experience
- Support operational delivery - you'll help to ensure operational excellence for premium and general admission areas on matchdays. Including pre-match stadium set up and venue check in
- Uphold effective stock management - you'll be entrusted to keep track of key matchday materials to ensure season-long supply
- Coordinate team resource - you will collaborate with the Premium Experience Manager to ensure matches and events are fully resourced by our team
- Champion health and safety - you will ensure health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
What we are looking for
- Proven Hospitality/Events background - you come with experience of providing proactive support within a Hospitality/Events team
- Exceptional organisational skills - you have experience in managing a fast-paced and varied workload
- Excellent communicator - you're confident communicating with a broad range of internal and external customers, adapting style and approach as and when required
- Proactive mindset - you will seek out and act upon opportunities to improve supporter and customer experience
- Adaptable approach - you have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Attention to detail - you have an excellent eye for detail and ownership of what you do ensuring a high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of accountability
- Passion for customer service - you're motivated to provide a best-in-class experience for events and hospitality
