The stadium is the largest football club stadium in London and is a multi-use venue with the ability to host a variety of events 365 days a year, including NFL, boxing, rugby, concerts, and other major events, plus visitor attractions including Stadium Tours and the Dare Skywalk.
The stadium development scheme has to date created more than 4,000 new jobs for local people, with circa £300m pumped into the local economy each year.

The Club has a requirement to accelerate its delivery of the marketing technology roadmap and increase levels of capability available to the Digital team and are therefore looking to appoint a project manager for 6 months. Reporting into the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for delivering against the plan which will both deliver audience growth across our digital estate and bring to life our marketing use cases via our marketing technology, alongside our agencies, vendors Digital Product Team & Business Systems Team.
You are responsible for ensuring the commercial marketing & commercial teams, our key stakeholders, are fully included and have clear visibility of our digital capabilities and that these are aligned with their goals.
Job Purpose
The Digital & Growth Marketing Team manages Digital Platforms, Performance Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing and Analytics & Insight. The team works closely with the wider marketing team (Commercial Marketing & Brand and Creative) as well as Product, Technology, Partnerships, Commercial & Business Insights. We are focused on growth in reach, engagement, known audiences & retention to help the Club meet its overall revenue and fan growth goals.
Our audiences are varied and global so understanding their behaviour and needs is key. Profiling, Intent, Personalisation and driving the next best action are central to success. At the centre of this is our CDP, alongside market leading ESP, Personalisation, App Marketing, Data Warehouse and Analytics tools – all of which you will have significant experience with and be an expert user of.
Due to the nature of the industry, some out of hours working, including weekends, may be required from time to time.

You will live and breathe marketing technology and understand the importance and value of the CDP and data within. You’re an expert when it comes to understanding the potential of marketing tools and conveying this to non technical audiences.
You have a strong analytical mind and make good use of the abundance of data that exists in this space to drive your decisions, but you also are able to step out of the data to look at experiences from the eye of the receiver, to ensure the obvious is not lost.
You’ll always ask the questions ‘why are we doing this?’ and ‘what do we want to achieve?’ when approached with a request, so that you can solve the fundamental problem rather than just put in a quick fix for the symptoms.
