Job Description

Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball, and each of their respective community charities.

If so, we would love you to join our outstanding kitchen team as a Chef De Partie. It goes without saying you will have a keen ambition to continue your career in a thriving kitchen with strong commis chef experience or previous CDP experience.

Shifts would cover all our home fixtures along with the various events, conferences and parties we will be hosting throughout the year.


To support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the kitchens are run efficiently and effectively and providing Elite 5star service to all guests internal & external by ensuring that the preparation & presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with the company’s food safety regulations.


  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the required company standards
  • Ensure that a 5star E.H.O & GOLD rating DDS standard of cleanliness is maintained in all kitchen operations at all times
  • Ensure that all H.A.C.C.P forms are completed weekly
  • Support the achievement of budgeted food GP by ensuring stock is rotated & wastage is minimised
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the required company standards
  • Work alongside the sous chef to ensure the brigade has high culinary standards by assisting with training
  • Help create and cost new recipes & menus
