*Coach and a lead a Division I women’s soccer program. *Identify and recruit quality student-athletes regionally, nationally and internationally. *Mentor, lead and develop student-athletes in an ethical and equitable manner. *Organize and execute practice. *Plan a competitive schedule. *Assist in the operations for home competitions and orchestrate travel and logistics for away competitions. *Promote the health, welfare and academic progress for student-athletes. *Perform daily administrative tasks for the program. *Supervise and develop assistant coaches. *Initiate and participate in fundraising activities. *Actively participate in departmental meetings and functions. *Ensure compliance with department, university, MVC and NCAA rules.
Bachelor's degree required. Thorough knowledge of and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations. Technical knowledge of women’s soccer and demonstrated ability to lead a college soccer program. College coaching experience and recruiting ability.
