We are looking for Casual Ticketing Advisors who have a strong passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Ticket Office can serve a high number of supporters and is a very busy department. The role will involve providing an excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone, as well as dealing with customer queries and enquires in a friendly and professional manner.
The main duties of the role will be to sell all matchday tickets, season tickets and our consumer sales products through our ticketing system. You will be a face of the Club and will be tasked with giving our supporters the best level of service. We are looking for candidates who are available to work on home matchdays and shifts during the week from 9am to 5pm. This role is ideal for people from the local area including students, graduates and people looking for part time work.
