Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, diligent, and hardworking individuals to contribute to our Academy mission of supporting individuals to fulfil their potential. This role will specifically see individuals work within our Pre-Academy and Development centre programme in the delivery of our training and games programme. This is a casual role in which the individual will be required to work the following hours; Tuesday (16:30-18:30), Wednesday (17:00-19:00), Thursday (16:30-18:30) and Saturday (Fixtures – PM). The location of the sessions will be spread across our training ground at Motspur Park, and our South London Development centre located in Lewisham.
Reporting to the Pre-Academy Manager the successful candidate will contribute to the coaching of the Pre-Academy aged players (6-8 years old), candidates must have extensive experience of Coaching Foundation Phase players (U6-U12) and working as part of team. Previous experience of working in a Pre-Academy environment is essential. Candidates must have an in-date FA Safeguarding and First Aid certificate, as well as the UEFA C licence as a minimum. We will complete a background check (DBS) as part of the process.
