About this role:

Reporting into the Head of Coaching & Academy Director the Youth Development Phase Coach will be responsible for the day to day management of the U15 squad and multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, motivate and develop players within the U15 squad – allowing the elite players within the group to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with the CPFC playing philosophy and player needs.
  • Develop a collective understanding of CPFC playing style using a variety of created ways.
  • Ensure cohesion and management of individual U15 players.
  • Set, monitor and develop high quality professional standard and team ethic for the players.
  • Implement individual learning plans for players.
  • Work in collaboration with all Academy staff.
  • Work in line with the strategy as agreed by the club.
  • Support the annual review of the ‘game model’ content.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
  • Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • UEFA A-License or higher
  • FA Advanced Youth Award
  • Extensive experience of coaching at an Elite Academy
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Highly organized
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
