Job Title – Demi Chef de Partie 
Location – Millennium and Copthorne Hotel, Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road SW6 1HS 
Contract – Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For:  
A candidate who has the relevant  good  cooking skill , great organisation, and able to cook fresh and seasonal product with attention to detail.
The candidate will ideally have experience  with breakfast operation, banqueting and snacking.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required: 
•       NVQ Level 2 in Food and Preparation diploma or equivalent.
•       Food Safety Level 2.
•       Confirmed knowledge of COSHH.
•       Minimum of 2 years  working  experience  within restaurants/hotels 
•       Must be able to delegate tasks to junior team members  
Nice to Have: 
•       Able to cook with fresh and seasonal product.
•       Great communication skills.
