Job Title: Reserve Team Manager
Location: Teversal Football Club
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Reserve Team Manager to join our team at Teversal Football Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the reserve team, ensuring that they are well-prepared for upcoming matches and achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the reserve team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that they are well-prepared for upcoming matches.
- Develop and implement training plans and strategies to improve the performance of the team.
- Work with the coaching staff to identify and develop young talent within the reserve team and provide opportunities for them to progress to the first team.
- Collaborate with the first team manager to ensure that the reserve team is aligned with the club's overall strategy and goals.
- Monitor player performance and provide feedback to players to help them improve their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum UEFA C coaching license, with UEFA B being desirable.
- Experience in managing a reserve team or an equivalent level of experience.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passion for football and a strong desire to succeed.
This is a volunteer role and as such, there is no salary offered. However, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
