What’s the Job?

We are currently recruiting for an e-Commerce Executive who want to start their career in e-Commerce, working with some of the biggest partners in sports, such as; Newcastle United, Red Bull, McLaren, Rangers Football Club and more!

Working alongside the Partnerships Trading Manager, this role will base around growing a selection of Castore partnership websites by regularly updating the digital platform, constantly looking to improve the customer experience and monitoring of key metrics.

What will I do?

  • Providing regular updates to site based on daily trade and activities
  • Setting new products live
  • Using GA and Shopify Analytics to report on metrics
  • Troubleshooting issues, and liaise with developers if necessary
  • Playing an active role in CRO, suggesting ideas to improve customer experience
  • Monitoring of our review platorm, Yotpo, ensuring reviews on site are up to date

What skills and qualities will I need?

Key Skills:

  • Experience in e-Commerce is ideal, but not necessary
  • MS proficient, particularly Excel
  • Setting up trading campaigns is ideal, but not necessary
  • Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and CRM would be advantageous 

Personal Qualities:

  • A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Analytical Thinker
  • Good Communicator
  • Interest in Sports would be preferable, but not essential
  • An appreciation for sportswear and the Castore brand.
