Role Purpose

As a Data and Reporting Analyst within Support Services, you will be working within the highly motivated team that requires guidance In order to use data for making better decisions and automate the processes. We require an experienced, hands-on data and reporting analyst with experience in data analytics. The person will liaise with the various business areas in the creation of reports, platform integrations and data automation projects. The successful candidate will also work together with different teams in the correct setup and structure in order to be able to record different metrics for better decision making within the team, the internal stakeholders and for our client base.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyse the existing available data within the support services
  • Frequent update of the reporting backlog
  • Build up the reporting standards across the department and update the current documentation for data structure and catalogue of reports.
  • Develop dashboards for stakeholders and customers using data analysis techniques
  • Automate the daily tasks that are being done by the Support Services teams In order to become more efficient
  • Collect the requirements of the reporting needed to the different stakeholders, such as account managers, leagues/federations, product development teams etc.
  • Provide Insights about the reports built to the Internal and external stakeholders, participate In the discussions around the expected actions plans to Improve the delivery
  • Drive the requested and current Integrations between the various data sources, such as, excel spreadsheets, salesforce etc.
  • Provide the necessary monthly/yearly/quarterly Information to the finance department regarding the utilization of the hardware and software products supported by the Support Services teams
  • Align the priorities of the requests within the Support Services Data and Reporting Team
  • Handle various ad hoc requests related to the data analysis and reporting

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in handling complicated excel sheets Including advances formulas and Macro
  • Experience with Power BI is a must (DAX and Power query)
  • Knowledge In relational databases and data modelling techniques (star and snowflake schemas)
  • Knowledge developing interactive dashboards and reports
  • Experience working with teams in multiple locations.
  • Experience working and managing various data sources.
  • Project Management skills and ad hoc operational work
    Knowledge In programming languages such Python or SQL Is a plus
