The role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an engaging and motivating Goalkeeper Coach for BFC Women at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club. 

The person

The ideal candidate will possess their UEFA B licence and have experience of supporting Goalkeeper development. They will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role expectations

The BFC Women Goalkeeper Coach will be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain a positive learning environment to maximise each player’s learning potential.
  • Document each session plan prior to delivery of the coaching session including individual learning objectives.
  • Ensure all sessions are delivered with a compliant approach to health and safety.
