AS the PA/VIP Assistant you will deliver by phone and in person, a high level professional front line service to the EVP, Global Football division along with all Wasserman Football clients, partners and visitors.

Your day to day will vary but core duties include;

  • Organising travel (and visas when needed) both international and within the UK
  • Booking hotels and lunch/dinner reservations
  • Managing and coordinating diaries
  • Organising couriers and taxis
  • Processing expenses, both personal and corporate
  • Copying, scanning and sending letters and documents
  • General assistance and administrative support to the Global Football division
  • Compiling and processing representation contracts for new players
  • Assisting the wider Global Football division with processing and ordering football boots for players
  • Organising social events for the wider Global Football division
  • Providing out of hours support, including weekends where needed, to be responsive to all calls and ad hoc requests
  • Adaptable to the changing needs of the role and the team

Requirements

  • Must be customer service focused in order to provide the best possible support to clients and internal team members.
  • Requires considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • Requires a passion for sports and business.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to interact with people of all demographics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Requires self-management and project management abilities.
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and manage expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative.
