RECRUITING Football Coaches 2023/24
Pro Touch SA Community Interest Company (PTSA CIC) are rapidly expanding our youth, community, and sports programs across twelve different London Boroughs including Barnet, Brent, Camden, Enfield, Ealing, Hackney, Islington, Lambeth, Southwark, and Westminster.
Pro Touch SA provides a diverse range of services, which encompass community grassroots sports programs, an elite football academy, youth clubs, and UK and International projects. Their primary objective is to target locally disadvantaged and deprived children and young people aged between 5 and 19. As an organization, Pro Touch SA holds local and national accreditation from various reputable authorities and governing bodies, such as the Football Association, the City of Westminster, and Street Games UK, among others.
The academy is therefore looking to employ independent, qualified lead and assistant football coaches for their elite football academy to deliver high-quality programs and activities across Islington, and nearby London Boroughs. Additionally, those who are looking to develop a career in coaching will have several opportunities made available to them upon employment.

Pro Touch Soccer Academy are looking for lead and assistant coaches that are enthusiastic, optimistic, and energetic, and that have experience working with young people between the under 6 - 25 age ranges. The ideal candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of the application process, and must have the following qualifications:
Lead coaches:
· Minimum FA/NGB Level 2 and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2
· Preferred UEFA B/C and or FA Advanced Youth
Assistant coaches:
· Minimum FA/NGB Level 1
· Preferred UEFA C and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2 or NGB FA Level 1
The selected candidates will receive:

· Pro Touch SA experienced coaching team and extensive network within the game provide ongoing support and development opportunities. Coaches may also have the chance to visit Premier League clubs, such as Arsenal FC, Liverpool FC, and QPR FC, for study visits.
· Premier League, EFL, and England National Men's and Women's matches, including tickets for theatre shows and London attractions.
· Coaches have the opportunity to travel abroad as part of our international tour program. Past destinations have included Croatia, Denmark, Spain, and Portugal.
· Coaches receive a complete PTSA and R Eleven Sportswear branded coaching kit and equipment.

WHO WE ARE
Pro Touch SA is a registered Community Interest Company (PTSA CIC) born out of a desire to use the power of sport to encourage young Londoners to unleash their potential.
Established in 2006, Pro Touch SA delivers structured community sports and elite football programmes in over 10 London boroughs to young people aged 4-25 as well as engaging with their families who require support and guidance.
We started as a soccer academy offering opportunities to gifted and talented footballers. However, we have evolved to provide healthy active lifestyle opportunities to young people, with everything from fitness to fencing and more.
With rising cuts and closure to services, we see it as a responsibility to provide much-needed services around the community, especially youth and sports to engage with hard-to-reach children and young people in inner-city London.
Alongside our community projects, we also run an Elite football academy, run by qualified coaches who have helped develop, mentor and guide over 40 plus young "gifted and talented" athletes aged between 9-25 years old signing schoolboy, scholarship or professional contracts within professional football clubs in England.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we re-invest all profit back into the programmes we operate across London.
PTSA - COMMUNITY ACCESS TO ALL
Pro Touch SA believes in inclusion and “access to all' and uses the power of sport to engage with young people in over 10 London boroughs including Camden, Enfield, Islington and Westminster.
With the lack of and closure of a number of services and initiatives across the city, we have taken responsibility to provide much of the needed services around community, youth and sport. We also took a proactive step during Covid-19 and the subsequent national lockdowns in 2020 and 2021.
Our programmes allow us to work closely with young people to not only encourage social inclusion and healthy living, but workshops which tackle essential issues such as drug awareness, and gang violence as well as equipping them with knowledge of financial independence and learning new skills.
We deliver community youth and sports activities, programmes and projects across the year - running sessions in youth clubs, holiday and half-term programmes as well as sports camps and taster sessions to activities and opportunities which would normally be considered out-of-reach for most communities. We have also designed online programmes and sessions as well as organising food parcels for those in need.
We aim to provide young people with healthy active lifestyle opportunities and give them the best opportunity to excel in their chosen paths.
PTSA - ELITE ACADEMY PATH TO PROFESSIONAL
Since 2006, Pro Touch SA has helped over 40 young people in inner-city London to progress to achieve schoolboy, scholarship and professional contracts at football clubs in England.
From our base locations at Market Road and Whittington Park in Islington, we run an intense and enjoyable programme of training and matches run by qualified, enhanced DBS staff in a friendly, but competitive environment to provide our gifted and talented youngsters with a learning zone where they can achieve their goal of becoming a schoolboy footballer.
The Elite Academy provides a bridge and education into the world of professional football not only for young people but their parents and families; behaviour, etiquette and everything that is required to thrive in a professional academy environment.
Our young people play regularly against professional teams from the UK and abroad as well as participate in international tournaments in Sweden, Denmark and elsewhere.
