Individual Skills Coach

We are seeking an experienced, full-time or part-time*, football coach for individual training to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a hard-working professional with excellent communication and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Needs to be available the entire season for the schedule of the first team that contains, in season, daily (or individual (1h) & or team (4h) sessions) and the Academies when scheduled (2-4 times per week depending the number of players of extra training).

• Responsibilities will include the first team and the U19 team, in accordance with the coaching staff and the department heads' instructions and schedule.

• Responsible for the execution of individual or sub-group sessions with players of all teams at the end of team sessions or at a different time from the team's training schedule.

• Creation and execution of individual planning with football drills, for developing players' technical /tactical attributes, according to the performance department and the coaching staff.

• Modify individual programs depending on the weaknesses spotted by the heads of the performance department and the coaching staff.

• Responsible for updating the team’s database with all his executed plans and strategies followed by the players.

• Need to be present in at least one tactical session of the first team and Academies/per week (requirements and

  behaviours of the players) and contact with the coaching staff to spot weaknesses and provide feedback of progress.

• Monitoring of sessions and official matches live or by video for  U19 and First team.

• Report to the heads of the performance department for progress and suggestions.

• Assist with any other duty needed by the department for its smooth operation in case the heads of the department ask him.

• In case of inconsistency in obligations or failure to follow instructions from the heads of the department, there will

  be a. verbal notification b. written notification c. written report to the management for consequences in terms of cooperation with the club

  Required skills:

• UEFA licensed coach (B, A, Pro).

• English language (advanced).

• Experience in football team training environment.

• Experience with individual football training.

• Experienced in video analysis.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and or similar environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Desired Skills:

• Technical/Tactical skills diploma.

• Video analysis courses.

  *Part-time if the Skill coach cannot meet the demands of being present in all first-team trainings (Daily presence in team training sessions).
