About the Role
As part of the Hardware team aligned to general hardware and project delivery work, your role would be to help with the efficient delivery of products such as VAR, Goal Line Technology and more. You will be responsible for submitting purchase orders and helping further build out our supplier relations in Hungary and the EU.
As a person, you will be an independent go-getter with good communication and organisational skills, with a keen interest in learning and collaborating with the team. You will be able to approach tasks methodically and have good problem-solving skills. Every day will be different, so you will need to be proactive in your approach to work, with the ability to change between tasks and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- To assist the Procurement Manager in the delivery of all Projects
- Perform Procurement functions as assigned by the Procurement Manager
- Procure goods and work within the guidelines of the SAP and Asset Management systems
- Update Procurement Sheets with the relevant information
- Make sure goods arrive within their agreed delivery dates and if there are slippages managing operational expectation
- Responsible for finding and maintaining good business relations with new vendors locally
- Maintain and improve business relations with existing suppliers locally
- Help build out the Product Database with the Procurement Team
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams regarding logistical queries and stock deliveries
- Learn and adhere to the companies procurement policies and procedures
- Have visibility and assist with the companies Stock Management Systems (Cross-Check) in Hungary
Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential:
- The candidate must be fluent in both oral and written Hungarian and English
- An eagerness to learn new skills and gain new knowledge to cover the continuously evolving hardware technologies used by all departments
- Must possess good communication and organisational skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to multitask, think analytically and problem solve
- Must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours
Preferred:
- Prior Experience using a SAP based buying system
- An interest/experience in technology and broadcast industries would be beneficial
