Job Title: Head of Retail
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Based at:
Rotherham United Football Club, AESSEAL New York Stadium, Rotherham, S60 1AH
Working Hours:
09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday (35 hours per week plus match days and non-matchday Saturdays on a rota basis and one hour for lunch break).
PURPOSE OF ROLE (Please note in addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required)

Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment
Retail Store Management experience
IT and Specialised Systems Training as appropriate
Assertive leader and role model who leads by example

Honest, Trustworthy and Hardworking
Excellent people management skills
