Job Summary
Come and join an ever-growing football coaching company! First Kick Football are hiring a football coach in the West Yorkshire region. The role requires travel across our sites across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas so access to a vehicle is required.
The role:
· You will plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions to primary school children at one development site a day between 5pm and 8:30pm during term time. During school holidays you will be based at one site during the day between 8am and 5pm.
· Basic administrative tasks such as completing registers and liaising with the parents over the telephone will be required. This part of the role can be completed at home at your leisure. OTE bonuses available for meeting KPI’s.
· Assist with the promotion of football classes and holiday clubs.
· For the more senior role available you may also be asked to assist with the management and training of staff as well as being involved in decisions to further grow the company.
Who are we looking for?
Essential qualifications, skills, and abilities:
· FA/UEFA qualified coach.
· First Aid & Safeguarding Certifications
· DBS Certification (can be attained through First Kick Football)
· At least 6 months experience coaching children.
· Experience of leading group sizes of around 24 children with an assistant coach.
· An outgoing, fun personality.
· Confident working both individually and as part of a team.
· Effective communication skills.
· Leadership qualities.
· The ability to manage, oversee and motivate a team of coaches.
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about football coaching
· Full UK driver’s Licence.
