POSITION SUMMARY:
D.C. United is seeking a highly motivated partnerships professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consultative approach to take on a manager role on the Partnership Strategy team. Primary responsibilities will be developing partnership research and creative materials, CRM / revenue reporting and positively impacting the larger Corporate Partnerships department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of workflow and execution of partnership research requests (consumer insights, fan profiles, etc.).
- Management of workflow and execution of creative requests from New Business & Brand Engagement teams.
- Work with 3rd party resources (such as Nielsen and Zoomph) to regularly analyze social media and broadcast performance as well as produce reporting for mid-year and end-of-season recaps.
- Produce insights to support revenue generation via assessment of underperforming categories, new and emerging categories, target prospects, etc.
- Collaborate with other D.C. United departments including but not limited to Ticket Sales, Events, Operations, Community Relations and Digital to support departmental programs.
- Support Corporate Partnerships department with ideation and brainstorming for partnership activation concepts.
- Work directly with Business Strategy team and CRM platform to develop reporting across Corporate Partnerships department that tracks departmental revenue, inventory management, billing schedule, rate card and team member activity.
- Work to support Partnership Strategy team on specific partner relationships that provide data insights into D.C. United fanbase and match-day experience (payment processing, credit card, etc).
- Support larger Corporate Partnership team at matches, partner functions, business meetings, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of professional sports activation and/or agency experience.
- You must provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination prior to start date.

- Graphic Design Skills a must, Photoshop proficiency preferred.
