Box Office Representative

JOB SUMMARY 

The Box Office Ticket Seller position is a part-time opportunity that will work all events at Audi Field. Ticket Sellers will use Ticketmaster software to sell tickets at the Audi Field Box Office for D.C. United and other events hosted at the stadium. Ticket Sellers will also be customer service representatives relating to common ticketing questions fans have. We are looking for individuals who are excited to give fans attending events at Audi Field a great experience!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event date ticket sales and troubleshooting at Audi Field Box Office
• Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume environment.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skilled in guest relations, cash handling, multi-task environment, attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Availability for most events hosted at Audi Field, mainly our 20 D.C. United home matches.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, and weekends.
• Previous event box office experience preferred, but not required.
