Job Description
Late Birthday Project is a groundbreaking and successful football academy that counters the significant Relative Age Effect in Youth Football.
Supported by Adidas, we are based in Surrey and Sussex, with centres in Dorking, Walton-on-Thames, and Crawley.
Our group also includes Futsal Fever, the leading independent provider of futsal classes in the UK. And we deliver youth coaching for a number of clubs including Dorking Wanderers FC & St Paul's Panthers.
More investment/expansion means we now require additional enthusiastic, reliable, pro-active and creative Football Coaches to join our team.
Minimum requirement is FA Level 2, although we will consider FA Level 1 Coaches with plans to take Level 2.
We pay £15-25p/h and also contribute to ongoing training costs for our coaches. We offer a fun, positive working environment & provide ongoing CPD and mentoring.
