Job Description
The main purpose of the girls FA Emerging Talent Centres (ETC) is Talent ID: To identify and develop future potential players by providing local, accessible high quality training environments.
The job includes but is not limited to:
- Implementing the training programme in line with club's syllabus
- Supporting the aims and objectives of the England international development pathway as well as the club's objectives
- Ensure high standards of coaching delivery considering current elite good practice
- Assisting and writing player reviews three times a season
-Must have or be working towards UEFA C/B
-FA DBS & Safeguarding checks
-FA Emergency First Aid
You should be available Thursday evenings for training. There is no set fixture programme as the girls still attend and play for their grassroots teams however there maybe ad-hoc fixtures some evenings and weekends which will be planned in advance.
