Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Department:  Strategy & Analytics
Reports to:Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics

FLSA: Full Time; Exempt

 

Position Summary:  The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for turning data into knowledge by providing direct, simplified access to business data for decision-makers across the Club. The Admin will be responsible for the administration of Salesforce as well as architecting and developing reporting and dashboard solutions, bringing together enterprise-wide data from multiple data sources, and creating reporting and visualizations for Senior Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand reporting and analytics needs and offer solutions 

  • Understand the sales processes and supporting systems

  • Gather, document, and analyze business reporting requirements 

  • Develop Salesforce objects, fields, rules as well as dynamic reports and dashboards

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboard visualizations using BI applications. 

  • Converts and process real-time data into visualizations for decision-makers to act

  • Analyze and validate data for accuracy

  • Identify and implement improvements to existing business intelligence, reporting and data analysis

  • Assist in managing and administering Salesforce

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including but not limited to account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks 

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades 

  • Coordinator, create and administer custom objects, fields, page layouts, and formulas 

  • Recommend Salesforce and data management best practices 

  • Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Business Analytics or equivalent field

  • 3+ years of Data Analysts experience or similar role 

  • Experience with Salesforce platform production and salesforce administration 

  • Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data

  • Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks

  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind

  • Proven experience as a collaborative team player

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment 

  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
