Job Description

Real Salt Lake is currently seeking Front Desk Attendants. These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy.
  2. Provides excellent customer service wile registering patrons for programs, answering questions and resolving any complaints
  3. Operates the cash register
  4. Supervises the facility to ensure safety and compliance with training academy policies.
  5. Secures the building at the end of the evening
  6. Other duties as assigned. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Previous experience in customer service or retail setting providing great service to customers. 
  2. Ability to handle cash and POS operation on a daily basis.
  3. Ability to pass a background check
  4. Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules.
  5. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to work well with others

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 115 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
