WORKING IN THE PARTNERSHIP TEAM AT LFC
The 2019/2020 Season was a fantastic season for Liverpool Football Club with the Club winning the UEFA Super Cup, Club World Cup and Premier League title. The 2020/2021 campaign is set to be equally exciting and we are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join us on our journey.
You will be part of our Partnership Design and Central team and work closely with our wider Partnership team. We are looking for someone who will bring energy and drive to the team with a focus on proactivity and passion for success. The ideal candidate will be motivated by social and cultural inventiveness and enjoy the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
1.Lead the creation of video and motion graphics content for use across all stages of the partnership development process
-Create compelling video and motion-graphics content to support the partnership development process - Bring to life the Club`s proposals to prospective partners, utilising a variety of means to demonstrate what a partnership with LFC can deliver for a brand - Work with the Partnerships Sales Team to understand the needs of a prospect, develop compelling campaign/activation concepts and bring them to life in a compelling visual manner
2.Contribute to the delivery of "core" design output
- Work closely with all members of the Partnership Development team to design exceptional presentations and other materials used to secure partnerships with the world`s leading brands - Create outstanding graphical design output in both digital and printed format, producing a variety of industry-leading materials - Digest briefs, identify key elements, including potential issues and execute clear, compelling visual design elements
3.Champion creativity, innovation & motivation across the Partnerships Team - Serve as a valuable, driven & dedicated creative resource for the Partnership Development Team - Provide support to the Partnership Management and Partnership Experience Teams on an ad hoc basis - Help establish creative excellence as a key point of difference between LFC and the Club`s competitors - Able to progress and drive forward the output of the Partnerships Design Team
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We`re keen to hear from people with a proven commercial design track record gained working within a fast-paced creative environment, either at an agency or within an in-house creative team.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate advanced knowledge of:
- Final Cut, Premier, Motion or After Effects software -Video editing and 3-D software -Adobe Creative Suite including strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
It is important you have extensive experience of designing copy layout and graphics for print publications and are PC and Mac literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Our environment is fast paced so you will need to be dynamic and have a `can do` attitude. You`re somebody who has the ability to motivate a team, can problem solve and interact with all levels of the Club in a positive manner.
We would be particularly interested to hear from those who understand web design and/or have vector illustration skills.

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This role is normally based in our London office however as part of efforts to keep our employees safe many roles are currently home-based for the short term.
