Job Description

We are looking for a Fan Services Advisor to provide our supporters and customers the very best user experience possible across all of our product offerings and channels, ensuring the provision of all-round excellent customer service.

Your day-to-day

    • Service supporters and customers across multiple channels including over the phone, on email, and in our box offices.
    • Help service users with a variety of needs across different areas including ticketing, membership, e-commerce, and disability support.
    • Become an expert in all of our ticketing and membership products and services.
    • Work collaboratively across a large cross-functional, multi-discipline team to deliver a world-class service experience for all of our supporters.
    • Provide wider operational support where required including some match days and events.

 

What we are looking for

  • Customer service experience is essential, with experience of speaking with customers on the phone and on email. 
  • Must have a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Must be digitally proficient and confident with applications such as Microsoft Office.
