Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts for all personnel, interns, Gameday staff and temporary employees.
- Assist in onboarding process including generating offer letters, preparing new hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising organizational chart and scheduling meetings.
- Assists in organizing and conducting new hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events.
- Conduct audits of personnel files and assists with filings to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assists with planning and preparation for employee appreciation events.
- Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs organizational and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Candidates must be receiving college credit for the internship.
- Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
- Passion for fútbol is a plus.
