Responsibilities:
- Assist with fan zone activations and special events
- Arrive early on match days to set up all activation spaces around the Fan Zone
- Assist with set up, break down, and execution of partner events throughout the year
- Be knowledgeable of all policies, services, and facility locations inside our stadium
- Must be fan-friendly and become familiar with the stadium in order to provide accurate directions throughout the stadium
- All other related duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Available to work all Inter Miami CF home games throughout the season (additional event attendance may be required).
- Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a passion for providing great customer service required
- Fluency in English and Spanish a plus
- A passion for finding solutions and providing unparalleled customer experiences.
- Must posses reliable transportation to and from work for all games.
- Physically demanding, must be able to move boxes and light equipment.
