A great opportunity for entry-level coaches or recently graduated sports students to develop their skills and build a network within the football pyramid
Our Goal
The goal is to give young men aged 16-23 who just fall short of the physical, emotional, social or economical standard, you often find at top level academies, a chance to sign a professional contract. We aim to provide these young men with the opportunity to be taught by uefa licensed coaches and a chance to play in front of top level academy coaches and scouts on a weekly basis. What sets us apart is that we are also going to teach these young men how to conduct themselves in a professional workplace giving them the skills to become leaders, innovators and hardworking employees or even employers. Ultimately preventing them from turning to the streets or other detrimental avenues.
Your Responsibilities
- To assist in providing high quality training session up to 3 times per week
- To assist with managing in at least 1 game per week
- Identify and recruit talented young men
- Mentor and advise the young men on and off the field
