What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Secondary School Engagement Coordinator to join our
team and take the lead with the charity’s successful Community Champions programme. You’ll be
responsible for overseeing the content of what is being delivered as well as managing the
partnerships with schools and managing the staff within the team.
Your aim will be to ensure the programme delivers to the expectation of Saints Foundation strategy,
its funders and key stakeholders.
You’ll be provided with our Saints Foundation branded uniform supplied by Hummel, and the
opportunity to make a positive input to our local community.

If you have an understanding of secondary school education settings in Southampton and experience
of developing partnerships at all levels within schools, as well as having an approachable, motivating
personality, then you’re the person we are looking for. You are without a doubt a people person who
loves building relationships and being a positive influence on the younger generation.
Essential Experience:
• Experience of successfully delivering community-based projects
• Demonstratable achievements of KPI’s and Outcomes
• Experience in building relationships with hard-to-reach young pupils and encouraging positive change
• Experience in leading a team of full-time and casual staff
