  • Develop and deliver a training provision built on principles of inclusivity, our values, and our brand, ensuring our casual Steward workforce are aligned with our values and understand their individual contribution to the brand.
  • Promote a flexible and blended approach to training that accommodates different learning styles, ensuring all training content and development initiatives resonate across our diverse casual workforce.
  • Manage the end-to-end Spectator Safety Qualification process.
  • Contribute to our EDI ambitions by driving, promoting, and raising visibility of our diversity and inclusion ambitions in all interactions and training initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Strong training management skills with a proven track record in the successful design and delivery of innovative training courses.
  • A clear and concise communicator with the insight and ability to tailor messages according to the audience.
  • Knowledge of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) training principles, practises, and processes in a busy, pro-active environment.
  • A strong, respectful team focus and a practical, ‘hands on’ approach to mentoring and coaching.
  • An agile approach to working, rooted in continuous improvement looking to always move forward.
