Street Team Member

Street Team Members will work with the Community Department for the Chicago Red Stars. They will represent the Red Stars at community events within the city of Chicago and surrounding areas throughout the year. On game days, they will assist with the overall fan experience at games. This is a part-time position where staff is required to work Chicago Red Stars home games and be available for community events on nights and weekends throughout the year. 

What you will do: 

· Responsible for set-up and teardown of the Red Stars at all community events. 

· Work off-site events to promote the Red Stars and increase brand awareness. 

· Assist with other departmental promotional/community events (community relations, sales, corporate partnerships, etc.) 

· Hand out branded premium items, facilitate on-site promotions, communicate organization information, and interact with all fans who visit the Red Stars events. 

· Assist camps and clinics with the registration tables, as well as occasionally offering coaching support to the Camps Assistant Technical Director. 

· Assist with in-game 50/50 raffle and other fundraising campaigns on game days. 

· Participate in fundraising campaigns for CRS Cares Foundation. 

Qualifications: 

· Must be 18 years & older 

· Must be available to work a minimum of 11 home games 

· Must be able to sustain walking, standing, or moving throughout the game 

· Must demonstrate a positive attitude 

· Must possess knowledge of the NWSL and the Red Stars 

· Must be a team player who can communicate clearly and solve problems collaboratively 

· Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment 

· Strong verbal communication skills 

· Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to get to/from SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL, and community events throughout the Chicago metro area.
