We are looking for an Engineering TL to join the team and be the leading technical figure in the development of our sensors. As our Engineering TL you will be in charge of the entire life cycle of our physical product (HW /FW / Mechanics) , from definition to delivery and ongoing support. You will be leading our engineering team and will be working closely with our R&D and product departments.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review the design, implementation and testing of new HW and FW features

• Work together with different R&D teams to ensure the overall system architecture is aligned with the product requirements

• Plan, lead and manage complex integration and testing processes involving HW, FW, SW, algorithms and mechanics

• Monitor and perform Root Cause Analysis on HW and SW issues and provide solutions to increase our product’s reliability

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in designing and building IoT devices or similar electronic systems

• B.sc (or above) in electrical engineering or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving skills and system-level understanding

• Experience with wireless communication protocols (preferably BLE)

• Familiarity with HW development process steps (parts selection, board design, PCB layout, testing and debugging)

• Over 2 years of experience in embedded software design, development, and testing in C/C++ – advantage 

• Experience with real time operating systems (e.g FreeRTOS) – advantage

• Experience with motion sensors – huge advantage

• Experience with BLE applications development in Android / iOS – advantage
