The R&D group is responsible for building and delivering the enablement platform for the current and next generation of media experiences in the fields of personalization, content interaction, and social interaction, all of which are at the core of Texel’s value proposition.
The delivery team
The Delivery team is facilitating and executing the plans. The team includes Agila officers in the squads, Execution leaders at the tribe level, and program managers, all to keep our plans in the highest scope, time, and quality.
You should have a great passion for Agile and its values and framework, Execution, coaching, and striving for improvement.
As our new Agile Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Facilitates and coaches the Agile process in the squad, assuring the team members are well trained on the processes.
Responsible and hosts the agile ceremonies:
Dailies Retrospectives
Sprint Planning
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Demos
Assist the Product Owner of the squad on the product backlog, new requests, and its grooming.
Remove roadblocks and obstacles to make sure to reduce any inhibitors for the progress of the team and any dependencies.
Assure the “zero integration, zero handovers” policy.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Facilitate the deployment process of the squad.
Collect data on Squad execution KPIs (for the Execution Lead)
Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint with the agreed scope.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and better velocity - strive for improvement.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
B.Sc in engineering
Strong Agile background and experience
3+ years as Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile framework
Experienced in Jira
Leadership - Servant with coaching and teaching approach
Experienced in the development, quality assurance, integration, or any technical aspect in the Product Life Cycle
Strong Execution and details orientation with a strong sense of accountability
A strong collaborator and synchronization facilitator
Ability to lead and orchestrate teams in matrix management style.
Even better if you have:
Technical understanding of video, video transcoding, OTT, and video playback
Vast Experienced in Jira
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery experience
Experience with AWS
PSM certificate
