  • Working closely with the data team leadership to gather requirements and produce the delivery of analytics required.
  • Engage with different stakeholders throughout the business to understand their needs in terms of data-driven decision making.
  • Deliver analytics solutions in a timely manner, following previously agreed deadlines.
  • Partner with data engineers and software developers to always be up to date with our data model, as well as giving insights and recommendations regarding the integration of new data sources.
  • Ad-hoc mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Participate in projects’ setup calls and contribute to SoWs.


  • You are a passionate problem solver, always looking for innovative ways of finding solutions to new problematic.
  • You have a background in advanced/quantitative analytics and/or computer science, and you have commercial experience in deploying/using ML models in a production environment.
  • You master SQL and another programming language (preferably Python). You continuously write efficient and optimized code, compliant with company standards.
  • You consider yourself a full-stack analyst.
  • Experience in producing clear and self-explanatory visualizations (Looker / Tableau / Data Studio). Prior experience in building custom visualization tools using a web framework a plus.
  • You have a very good grasp of advanced statistics and probability theory.
  • Knowledge of financial markets mechanics is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • GitHub, CI/CD principles.
