Job Description

We are looking for a Buying and Merchandising Administrator to support our Retail team at Arsenal.

In this exciting new role, you’ll ensure that our product creation and supplier management runs seamlessly, supporting our retail growth.

Your day-to-day

  • Manage retail product administration, including new product set up and financial administration. 
  • Responsibility for sample management, liaising with our suppliers and managing all associated sample administration.  
  • Book and manage all supplier meetings and assist with supplier packs as required by our Buying team.
  • Assist our Store Management team with product and stock queries, and assist in overall stock take planning.

 

What we are looking for

  • Administrative experience within a retail department or similar area.
  • A fast learner with an appetite to cover a wide range of retail areas.
  • Numerical, detail-oriented and extremely organised.
  • The ability to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project coordination skills with an ability to see things through to completion in a busy environment.
