The Combined Counties League are looking for a person with excellent administration and organisational skills to take on the role of the Fines Secretary.
The Fines Secretary will perform the management of the league fines system being responsible for charging clubs with breaches of league rules, issuing fines notices and taking appropriate action in line the responses received. Will manage and apply the leagues fines procedure.
The Fines Secretary will receive notification of rule breaches from other officers then issue fine notices to clubs reporting the breach of rules. Will check if fines that have been paid, sending reminders where fines remain unpaid close to the deadline and issuing of additional fines for late payment.
This is a volunteer role which requires attendance at the league monthly management meeting, regular attendance at competition matches, attendance at any sub-committee meetings as assigned (normally via electronic conference) and some daily involvement when a dealing with fines correspondence.
